Black garlic is produced through the fermentation of white garlic. It has a sweet and sour taste, is richer in antioxidants and easier digestable than conventional garlic. It is recommended as a healthy and delicious ingredient in a variety of dishes – as a paste on bread, in marinades, dips, salads or soups.
